Mike represents both buyers and sellers of residential real estate properties in San Diego and specializes in Point Loma. Mike has over 20 years of experience in sales and building client relationships and over 16 in real estate. He started his real estate career in 2002 as a loan officer for Pulte Homes/ Pulte Mortgage, the nation’s largest homebuilder. After transitioning to the new home sales team, he spent the next six years as a top producer for Southern California, “Top Gun” member (top 5% achievers nationwide), and Sales Manager for San Diego area. Mike and his wife Allison live and thrive in Point Loma, where they are committed to building local community and business. As former owners of The Bar Method in Liberty Station, they have spent many years building businesses together. Allison McCurdy
Allison works with her husband, Mike McCurdy as business partner running for the team. Her work experience is a 23-year combination of start-ups, large corporations and owning her own business. Her experience runs deep through all facets of and client account management. In 2008 she combined her sales, and passion for exercise opening the first Bar Method fitness studio in San Diego, paving the way for four more franchises in the county. After operating the studio for 11 years, Allison shifted gears to take on Mike's real estate efforts. You can find her out and about in the neighborhood, working out and teaching classes Bar Method Liberty Station, volunteering, and keeping up with their two boys, Jet and Cole.
Allison grew up in Menlo Park, California and fell in love with Colorado where she attended undergrad at The University of Colorado, Boulder and ten years later returned to University of Colorado at Denver to earn her MBA. She has fed her passion for international business and travel working and living abroad. She also holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of International Management.
