Mike Mercatoris is the founder of the C&E Group at Compass, specializing in commercial and entrepreneurial real estate throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and greater Western Colorado.

With more than three decades as a business owner and operator in the Roaring Fork Valley, Mike brings firsthand experience to every transaction. Before transitioning into real estate, he owned and operated multiple successful restaurants and worked closely with more than 100 hospitality and service-based businesses. That experience now shapes how he approaches commercial sales, leasing, redevelopment, and long-term value creation.

Mike works closely with business owners, investors, and developers, helping clients evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and align real estate decisions with broader business and lifestyle goals. A significant focus of his work involves guiding business owners from leasing to ownership and supporting investors pursuing repositioning or mixed-use strategies.
