About Mike
With a family legacy spanning more than 50 years in Middle Tennessee real estate, Mike Solomon carries forward a tradition of excellence that began with his grandfather, Homer Kirby, Jr. After holding his real estate license years ago, Mike explored other successful career paths, only to find his passion leading him back home to the industry that has always been his roots.

In addition to his role as an Affiliate Broker, Mike is also a licensed General Contractor and owner of Middle Tennessee Properties. His unique combination of construction expertise and real estate knowledge makes him a valued resource for clients, offering both a visionary and practical approach to buying, selling, and building.

Mike’s magnetic personality, education, and deep respect for his family’s long-standing legacy position him as a trusted guide in today’s market. A proud University of Tennessee graduate and avid Vols fan, he combines hometown loyalty with a forward-thinking perspective to serve his clients with dedication and integrity. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Shelly, and two children on the waters of Old Hickory Lake, attending UT football games, and enjoying a variety of outdoor activities.

Carrying on his family’s heritage while carving his own path, Mike Solomon is committed to upholding the traditions of excellence that have defined the KIRBY name in real estate for generations.
