About Mike
A perennial name among Houston's top producing agents with over 35 years of experience, Mike is a recognized leader in residential real estate sales. Mike was born and grew up in Creswell, North Carolina. He graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Industrial Technology and Business. His Houston sales career began in the 1980s when Mike was transferred to Bayou City while working in retail management. He changed his career path in 1987 to residential real estate sales and has never looked back.

Mike’s father owned a small development and construction company, and that exposure gave Mike a particular interest in and knowledge of new home construction. He understands the builders’ language, and that expertise has made a successful difference for his clients in numerous transactions.

In addition to having almost 40 years of experience, he has additional certification and training in Next Level Negotiations, Technology in Real Estate, Certified Negotiation Expert, Accredited Buyer Representation, Appraisal Proficiency, and more.
