Mike Toltzis

Mike Toltzis is an Atlanta native and brings a lifetime of experience in this market to his clients. He understands the many factors that come into play during a move. As a million-dollar producer, he possesses the knowledge and experience to expertly guide clients through any real estate transition, making the process as stress-free as possible.

In 2018, Mike co-founded SET Real Estate Group with fellow partners, David Sirzyk and Inna Eidelman, and since then, they have been the #1 team at Compass in Georgia. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing and sales from The University of Alabama. Prior to his career in real estate, he played a key role in producing the Hangout Music Festival by doing experiential marketing and management with leading corporations such as Viacom, Coca-Cola, Anheuser-Busch, and Chevrolet.

During his free time, Mike enjoys playing pickleball and exploring new restaurants throughout Atlanta. Originally from the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta, he now resides in Brookhaven with his wife, Mary Beth, daughter, Mary Reece, and their two white Labs, Piper and Queso.
