Milra So

 I was born in Busan, South Korea,  a country with a climate very similar to ours in Tampa, Florida.  I moved to Florida in 2008 and this is where I met my husband Chong.  We are a very busy family of five which includes our son Surgi, daughter Mimi and our gentle & fearless, 15 year old Maltese named Tori who greets everybody as a friend!

In college, I majored in clothing & textile and began my early career working with some of the world’s leading manufacturers & marketers of quality skin care, makeup, and fragrance products.  The experience of working with the public and discovering their personal needs is what groomed me for who I am today as a licensed Real Estate Agent. 

I began my career as an agent in 2018,  a time when the housing market was experiencing unprecedented growth.  This meant my customer service, marketing & negotiating skills needed to be well honed, in order to properly advocate on my client’s behalf.

I understand buying or selling a home is an extremely important decision and can be stressful if not properly prepared.  I will take the time to understand your wants & needs, prepare a  “game plan” designed specifically for you and consistently communicate with you and all parties throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition, a successful closing and then before you know it you’ll be living in your new home!

Outside of Real Estate my passion is golf and I am a league captain for Lake Jovita’s LPGA Amateur Golf Association.  I also enjoy fishing.
