Mimi Bladow

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Mimi is extremely knowledgeable in the historical market trends and changes. As the daughter of a well known luxury home Interior Designer, it was inevitable that she would have a natural gravitation to the real estate industry. Mimi was introduced to home building, reconstruction, remodeling and design at a very young age and found herself drawn to it. She has used her knowledge in helping multiple clients renovate, remodel and redesign their homes.

After a long and very successful real estate career, Mimi has a reputation built upon exceptional service, excellent communication and unparalleled dedication to all of her clients. They trust her intuitive and resourceful nature along with her proven negotiation skills and ability to make each transaction a success. As a result, Mimi has earned the respect of her clients resulting in numerous repeat clientele and referrals over the years.

Mimi has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University majoring in Family Studies and Human Development with a minor in English. Ironically, this applies to real estate giving her the ability to understand and facilitate the various human behaviors within each real estate transaction. She resides in Woodland Hills with her husband and three sons.
