Mimi Hockman

Mimi began her real estate career in New York City, where she spent several years representing Tenants in their search (identification, negotiation, and project management of buildout) for office space. A decade later, she found herself living in Singapore, running the editorial of a popular interior design magazine, writing much of the copy herself and styling all of the photo shoots. It was the tireless hunt for worthy properties to showcase that seeded her love affair with the architectural detail and interior aesthetics of residential property.

With no one left to shovel snow after her youngest (of two boys) went off to university, she packed up and relocated to South Florida in 2015 and has never looked back. Previously at Corcoran, and Illustrated Properties before that, she has steadily built a robust book of satisfied Buyers and Sellers. She is a tireless worker and creative problem solver, cool under pressure and always available. She is hands on, (and hand-holding when necessary), fully mindful of the stress of navigating the market with first time buyers and a seasoned marketing pro when listing a property for sale. With a passion for design, a knack for renovation and a bevy of vendors to facilitate, it is ‘the hunt’ that keeps life interesting and the deep desire to always be of service that makes it satisfying.
