Mina Hwang

Mina was born in Seoul, Korea, but moved with her family to Sao Paulo, Brazil when she was 2 years old and spent most of her childhood there. She went back to Korea with her family during her teen years and graduated from college there. After college, she spent a year in Moscow to sharpen her Russian, which was her major. After returning to Seoul, she started her career in haute couture at the Hermes headquarters in Seoul and quickly learned how to operate efficiently in high pressure and time-sensitive situations.

Mina moved to the South Bay with her husband and two children in 2006 and immediately fell in love with the area and diverse community. She uses her multi-cultural background to better understand and help her clients navigate through their real estate needs and transactions. Mina's favorite part of working in real estate is to meet and help so many different and interesting people. 

In Mina's spare time, you can often find her in the kitchen trying out new recipes from all sorts of international cuisines, or trying out new local restaurants with her family. It might be an understatement to suggest that Mina loves food, though perhaps not as much as wine. Mina also loves to cheer on her son at his soccer games or daughter at her swim meets.

With Mina's experience in the area, passion for real estate and ability to speak four different languages (English, Korean, Portuguese & Russian), she is geared up to assist almost anybody with their South Bay real estate goals.
