I grew up on the waterfront in Miami Beach, where I developed an early love for the energy, architecture, and natural beauty of this city. After spending years living in New York Cityās SoHo district, NoLita, and studying abroad in London and Santiago, Chile, I returned home with a global perspective and a deep appreciation for Miamiās unique place in the world.
Today, I co-lead The Schwartz Team alongside my momāa true Mother-Daughter partnership built on trust, shared values, and a tireless work ethic. We specialize in helping high net worth clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling luxury homes across Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, and Surfside. From off-market waterfront estates to new development opportunities, we understand how to deliver discretion, precision, and results.
