About Mira

Mira Rochford is a seasoned real estate professional whose career spans more than two decades of success in both residential and investment real estate. A graduate of The Ohio State University’s School of Journalism, Mira began her journey in Cleveland, Ohio, where she and her husband, Terry, founded a brokerage in 1997. Their focus on real estate investment—flipping homes, managing rentals, land development, and new construction—quickly attracted like-minded agents, growing the business to a team of 20.

In 2001, the couple relocated to Naples, Florida, opening a satellite office to meet demand from Ohio-based clients interested in Florida real estate. What began as a small extension quickly evolved into a flourishing enterprise, with nearly 100 agents across three offices in Naples and Bonita Springs. Mira navigated the challenges of the Florida real estate market with unwavering commitment, thriving through both the 2008 housing crash and the surge of activity during the COVID-19 era, consistently performing as a multi-million dollar producer.

From 2015 to 2024, Mira served as a top-selling sales associate with GL Homes, specializing in new construction and helping hundreds of buyers realize their dreams from the ground up. She now brings her wealth of experience to Compass, where she works with both buyers and sellers—always with an investor’s mindset. Mira is passionate about helping clients find not just a home, but an opportunity—whether it’s a dream residence in paradise or a smart addition to their investment portfolio.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mira is an avid tennis player and currently serves as President of the Suncoast Tennis Association League (SCAT). She enjoys traveling to play and watch great tennis and is a devoted college football fan, cheering for her alma mater, The Ohio State Buckeyes, and proudly supporting the University of Alabama’s Crimson Tide, where her daughter Ava is a student.

Mira lives in Naples with her husband Terry, where they raised their two children. These days, she finds joy in visiting Ava in Tuscaloosa and their son Maximilian in Los Angeles.
