If you were to design a perfect agent as you try to find your home – such an important and personal quest – you’d probably create Miranda as she is incredibly smart (Yale law grad!!), wonderfully funny and personable, and refreshingly honest and loyal to her clients’ wants and needs. She is also very hands on and active in partnering with you on the search, helping to develop a strategy and tweaking it along the way to match your criteria and timeline. We were in no rush to buy a home and were quite set on taking our time in order to find best price, neighborhood and actual home. This did not phase Miranda one bit – even though we were out looking at homes with her on almost a weekly basis for 8 months!
