Miriam Novotny is a Real Estate Broker Associate with Compass and leader of the Keys Island Group, serving Key West and the Lower Florida Keys. Originally from the Czech Republic, she has called Key West home for nearly 30 years and has been helping clients buy and sell homes in the Florida Keys since 2013.

Known for her professionalism, transparency, and genuine care, Miriam believes real estate is about people, trust, and guiding clients through meaningful life transitions with confidence. She offers complimentary staging for all listings, delivering immediate value and helping homes stand out in the market.

Miriam serves as the 2026 President of the Key West Association of Realtors and has spent years in leadership roles supporting her industry and community. She leads with honesty, kindness, and integrity, and is passionate about building strong relationships and serving her clients.

She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and she holds an Associate of Arts from Florida Keys Community College and a degree in Business from Europe. 

Miriam also serves as an advisor to the Florida Keys Council of the Arts and previously served on the Board of the Lower Keys League of Women Voters — two roles that reflect her passion for civic engagement, culture, and ethical leadership.
