Mistie welcomes the opportunity to work with clients looking to invest and uncover a good value when the time is right - refresh outdated homes to flip, lease or move into and to explore vacant lots still available in California. Whatever the real estate endeavor, Mistie is help all clients who are ready to buy or sell,  negotiate and get keys in hand. 

Recently, working with the #1 real estate team in the Conejo Valley, Mistie has been a top team performer in 2025 and earned team awards such as Top Performer in 2024, Team Award in 2023 and Rookie of the Year in 2022. Early on, Mistie kicked off her real estate journey with a local, well-known property management company, as a homeowner's association manager, supporting the escrow process and assisted a top-producing real estate team. This early exposure to real estate is where she gained practical knowledge, first-hand experience, and a passion for the business.

Mistie also worked in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and health and wellness industries for over 20 years in sales and marketing, solution design, and most recently global marketing for a product launch. This experience strengthened her skills in leadership, negotiation, communication, marketing, managing and prioritizing key projects, and developing the key strategy to win the business.

With a BA in Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and drive to be an entrepreneur in real estate, Mistie's mission is to leverage her robust knowledge, experience, and expertise in sales and marketing to help clients discover the home or investment of their dreams. She wants to assist each client to find the community that best fits their lifestyle and personal desires while creating an experience they enjoy every step of the way.
