Since 2004, Mitch Deshotels has been a dedicated real estate professional, specializing in Dallas’s premier neighborhoods and surrounding areas. His passion for real estate and relationship-building began in high school while working in his father’s real estate appraisal business, where he learned about the industry, customer service, and the importance of fostering long-term relationships. Mitch strives to provide a white-glove experience, ensuring seamless transactions through expert market knowledge, strategic marketing, and skilled negotiation. He offers authentic leadership, a results-driven approach, and a strong commitment to mentoring clients and real estate professionals.
Mitch's career in sales and customer service began in the technology industry, selling internet advertising in Silicon Valley. He later transitioned into sales and account management for various software companies, specializing in security and customer relationship management solutions for corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.
Dedicated to giving back, Mitch currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local neighborhood association. He has also supported and been involved with organizations such as Friends of Northaven Trail, Dallas International Film Festival and Preservation Dallas, as well as various initiatives at Christ the King and Jesuit College Preparatory School.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mitch played for the Ragin' Cajuns baseball team. He has called Dallas home since 1995 and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, outdoor adventures, sports, film, and travel.
