Mitch Deshotels serves in a sales leadership role with a passion for coaching and developing real estate professionals to take their careers to the next level with confidence, professionalism, and strong industry knowledge. He is committed to helping agents sharpen their skills, deepen their market expertise, and build lasting success. His approach is client-focused, leveraging smart strategy and technology while delivering the high level of service expected in the luxury real estate space. After more than 21 years as a successful real estate advisor specializing in Dallas’s premier neighborhoods, Mitch transitioned into leadership to invest in agent development, office culture, and long-term success.
Dedicated to giving back, Mitch currently serves on the Board of Directors for his local neighborhood association. He has also supported and been involved with organizations such as Friends of Northaven Trail, Dallas International Film Festival and Preservation Dallas, as well as various initiatives at Christ the King and Jesuit College Preparatory School.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mitch played for the Ragin' Cajuns baseball team. He has called Dallas home since 1995 and enjoys spending time with his wife and son, outdoor adventures, sports, film, and travel.
