Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer achieve their dream of homeownership or working with a seller to secure a top-dollar return, my first step is to get to know my client. Open communication is essential to understanding their needs, wants, and what’s most important to them. It allows me to formulate a thoughtful strategy and guide them in accomplishing their goals. I also have a knack for solving problems and providing solutions that best fit each individual or family.
Throughout my working career, I’ve always been in a customer service role. From my first job out of college working at Penske Truck Rental to becoming a real estate agent, I’ve adapted my own way of consistently putting the customer first and delivering friendly, first-class service. I’m organized and resourceful, a dedicated local market advisor to buyers, sellers and investors. I pride myself on having the ability to work with anyone and help them in every way possible, all while building a relationship that becomes deeper than just the transaction. There’s nothing better than a client becoming a friend.
Outside of work, I reside in the Highlands Ranch neighborhood with my amazing fiancé, our son, and two dogs that help keep our house filled with love (and fur). Before buying a home here, I first owned a condo and have experienced so much that this welcoming community has to offer. With breathtaking views of the mountains and city, everything feels like it’s right at your fingertips.
We enjoy trying new restaurants, watching sports, and golfing on warm weekends. We are also very fortunate to have several close friends who had kids shortly after we did, spending time with them and their families is one of our favorite activities.

"Since I hadn’t been in the market to buy a house in over 40 years, I asked a friend for a referral to a local realtor she knew, and I’ve been working with Mitch Seabrook with Porchlight Group. Once we found the house I liked, he did his best to bring the price down to a level I can afford. He’s very big on transparency and working with the seller’s agent to come up with a contract amount that worked for both parties.
After a rate problem between the mortgage company & HOA, Mitch and his mortgage loan rep Chris Solinski worked through the weekend to clear the way for me to close on my house mortgage the following week.
