Hi, I’m Mitch Waldman. Home – that place where you are most truly yourself. Happy, safe. Family & friends – backyard barbeques, game day. Community, neighborhoods – Atlanta is special. Your dream home – whatever that means to you, Atlanta has something for everyone. But all that choice is daunting, and putting all the pieces together – commute, schools, lifestyle – it’s a real challenge. Not to mention the negotiations and the mortgage. Putting buyers and sellers together, that’s a real art – that’s matchmaking! You need someone who will truly listen to you, and knows how to navigate and negotiate. It’s not just about business for me, it’s about relationships. You need someone to help get you home, safe and sound (and for the right price)!
So why should you trust me to help you sell or buy your home?
I have 26 years of successful job performance, including key management positions in the mortgage industry. As a mortgage banker, I was responsible for implementing creative and successful marketing strategies, originating and processing a comprehensive array of mortgage products. I supervised and implemented the entire mortgage process from application to closing, on schedule. I made it my mission to work closely with my clients, helping them to navigate credit and financial management, and matching them with the optimal mortgage product for their needs.
Additionally, I have owned homes and rental properties throughout the Atlanta area, giving me both a personal and professional understanding of the Atlanta market.
Now, as a real estate , this background has given me a depth of knowledge and insight that will help me provide you with everything you need, every step of the way. Buying or selling, I am completely dedicated to your success and satisfaction.
On a personal note, I come from a family of successful self-starters (including my Mom, who was a real estate ). I was raised to value commitment to family and community service. I’ve lived in Atlanta for 26 years, and have strong roots in my neighborhood. So, I know that these are not houses we are talking about, these are homes. Let’s talk – let me know how I can help.
