My path to real estate is rooted in the values I carry from growing up in Lebanon. When I moved to the U.S. in 2015, I brought with me a deep respect for community, trust, and the kind of relationships that last well beyond a single transaction. I serve clients across the Peninsula and South Bay, with a primary focus on the Peninsula corridor spanning Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, San Mateo, San Carlos, and Belmont, as well as the established communities of San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, and Mountain View. This region, stretching from Silicon Valley's core to its most prestigious zip codes, is where I have built my market knowledge and where I do my best work for clients. Before real estate, I spent six years in the biotech sector discovering and developing immunotherapies for cancer treatment. That work taught me to ask precise questions, analyze data without shortcuts, and communicate findings honestly. Those same habits translate directly into how I approach pricing strategy, offer preparation, and market evaluation.
