"Molly Bartlett is hands down the most effective real estate professional I have ever worked with. We had been trying to sell a condo located in Hyde Park, Chicago, on and off for years. The endeavor was complicated by the fact that we live in another state now. The moment I connected with Molly things got on a new, highly effective track. She visited the property right away and emailed back to me with her recommendations about what needed to be done to make the property sellable. She reached out to individuals in the area where the property is located to get some needed repairs completed, and acted as the critical link between those professionals and me. She was there every step of the way through the sale, right up to assisting me finding an attorney to complete the sale. Molly is top notch." - Camille

"I was lucky to have met Molly through a mutual friend a few years ago and I'm so glad that I did! My friend knew we were looking to buy and I doubt I would've found the house that we just closed on if I hadn't had Molly's guidance and support. The house is everything we wanted and more. I know every buyer has a list of needs/wants when looking for a home but I felt my list seemed a lot longer, more specific and more challenging than most. Molly made sure that we kept our spirits up and stayed on track when I thought I'd never find our "forever" home. Molly helped us find it and was just as thrilled as we were when our offer was accepted. I'd give Molly a lot more than 5 stars if I could." - Jane

"Molly Bartlett more than guided me through the sale of my house when recent widowhood left me unable to proceed — she literally managed everything. I will always be grateful. Soon thereafter she and I collaborated easily in finding the apartment of my dreams." - Stanley

"Molly Bartlett has been our real estate agent for about two years. We first relied on her expertise with respect to getting ready to sell our co-op apartment. More recently, she has been our coach and savior in the process of our purchasing a two-flat together with our son and daughter-in-law."

"We had a wonderful time working with Molly. At every point in the process of purchasing a new home we benefited from her rich knowledge--about the area, renovations, and the technicalities of the buying process. When looking at different homes, she asked detailed and relevant questions to the sellers that we wouldn't have thought to ask, allowing us to make a far more educated decision. Her fastidiousness continued into the closing process, when she refused to let any point slip through the cracks. For anyone looking for a new home in the Chicago area, I enthusiastically recommend Molly."
