Molly Gillon

Originally from Montclair, NJ, Molly relocated to the Berkshires over a decade ago and now considers it home in every sense. After a successful career in New York City’s corporate world, she and her husband were drawn to the region’s natural beauty and quality of life, envisioning it as the ideal place to plant roots and raise a family. Just one week after their wedding, they made a bold and intentional move—leaving behind their careers to embrace a new chapter in the Berkshires. It’s a decision that has deeply enriched their lives and reaffirmed their commitment to this vibrant community.

As a seasoned real estate broker with a strong professional background, Molly brings a strategic mindset, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to data-driven insights. Before transitioning into real estate, Molly built a distinguished career in New York City’s corporate retail sector, contributing to renowned brands including Theory, Talbots, and Coach at their headquarters. She also played an instrumental role as a founding team member of the Epix HD premium television network—then a groundbreaking joint venture backed by industry leaders Paramount, Lionsgate, and MGM.

Molly is a full-time real estate broker and a respected leader in the local real estate community. She served as a Director on the Berkshire County Board of Realtors from 2024–2026 and was re-elected for the 2026–2028 term. She proudly calls the Berkshires home, where she lives with her husband, their two daughters, and their beloved mini-Bernedoodle, Basil. Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling with her family, exploring local hiking trails, a good book, and fancy coffee.
