Molly McDonough

Molly was born and raised in Jamestown and Barrington, RI.  After attending Keene State College in New Hampshire, where she graduated with a BA in Early Childhood Education and a BS in Communications, she lived and worked in Connecticut and Massachusetts for 15 years, gaining, experience and diversifying her skillset in both the corporate and education sectors. 

Before returning to live in Jamestown, Molly worked for Gilbane Building Company, building out bid packages, working under the superintendent/engineer and ultimately transitioning to Marketing/Sales within the company’s Special Projects Group.  Prior to her experience in the corporate sector, Molly enjoyed working as a Early Childhood Educator, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to service children and families throughout the state. Most recently, before beginning her career in real estate, Molly owned and operated her own property management and cleaning business. 

Molly’s interest in real estate began at an early age through her family’s involvement in the appraisal, brokerage and property development industry.  Having lived some of Rhode Island’s most desirable enclaves, she offers her clients invaluable insight into the lifestyle afforded by each neighborhood. Her multi-dimensional communication skills, persistence, professionalism, strong work ethic and results-driven approach combined with her long-time residency, enthusiasm and expertise benefit her clients.

A proud mom of two boys, Molly is an active supporter of Jamestown’s schools as a board member of the Special Education Local Advisory Committee and a recent member of the Jamestown Garden Club. When free time allows, she and her boys love skiing, camping and exploring Jamestown’s local waters.
