About Molly
Molly Santistevan is an experienced real estate professional who consistently meets her clients’ needs when it comes to buying, selling, relocating or investing in real estate. She strives to give each client an unforgettable real estate experience by carefully listening to her clients and analyzing the best strategy to achieve their desired outcome.
Molly has partnered with San Diego’s finest institutions and corporations to service relocation clients. She takes the time to genuinely get to know the clients, their careers, education, family needs and desires while sharing her extensive knowledge and insight to the best features of San Diego. By informing the potential candidates about our outstanding opportunities for individuals and families alike, she is helping to make them feel confident in their decision to make San Diego their home.
In addition to her extensive experience in residential sales, Molly is well versed in land sales suitable for individual homeowner construction or development. She is pivotal in establishing many partnerships with various Southern California builder clients. Such partnerships require vetting purchase opportunities, reviewing designs, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, and managing sales and transactions.
Buyers, sellers, investors and developers all benefit from the Compass Brand combined with Molly’s 25 years of experience, distinctive skill sets, ability to leverage such skills to the client’s benefit, and hands-on approach to servicing clients.
Growing up in the Midwest, Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Loyola University and started her professional sales and marketing career in real estate sales in Chicago, IL. She has lived in San Diego for the past 23 years and currently resides in Rancho Santa Fe with her husband, David. Although they are empty nesters, The Santistevans spend quite a bit of time with their four adult children. Living an active lifestyle, Molly enjoys hiking the many beautiful trails in San Diego County, skiing, horseback riding and playing tennis in her free time.
Committed to giving back to her community, Molly is an active volunteer. She was a Girl Scout Troop leader for 11 years, supports the various Compass philanthropies, fosters animals in need from the Helen Woodward Animal Center, volunteers her time for Casa De Amparo and supports the East County Transitional Living Center.
