In 2004, Monica Bugica worked with Wynn Design & Development during the construction of Wynn Las Vegas. Through the punch-list process, she watched the hotel’s rooms and public spaces come together—from construction details and final finishes to the overall presentation of each space. The experience sparked her interest in real estate and gave her an early appreciation for how thoughtful details can change the way a property looks and feels.

Today, Monica specializes in vineyard estates, ranch properties, agricultural land, and residential homes throughout Sonoma, Mendocino, and Lake counties. Based in Sonoma County, she works with buyers and sellers throughout Healdsburg, Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley, Geyserville, Cloverdale, Anderson Valley, and beyond.

Monica often works alongside her husband, who has an extensive background in vineyard management. His experience, combined with their industry relationships, gives her added insight into the practical side of vineyard ownership.

With deep roots in the region, Monica offers genuine local knowledge and a strong understanding of the communities and lifestyle that make Northern California wine country so special. She was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in fundraising and community activities at her daughter’s school in Alexander Valley. She is also a proud supporter of her daughter’s competitive softball journey.
