About Monica
Monica Ceballos-Colin is a passionate native Houstonian whose enthusiasm for the city shines through in everything she does. With Monica, clients can rely on exceptional service and an in-depth understanding of the city's many neighborhoods and enclaves. "Houston is where I live, work, and play!" she says. "I'm thrilled to help others buy and sell in this amazing city."
Monica earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Health Counseling at Our Lady of the Lake University and relies on her prior training to guide clients through the emotions of buying and selling a home. She works diligently to be attentive to her clients and adapt to each of their specific needs. She exhibits true empathy and patience in every interaction.
Before real estate, Monica spent more than a decade building her personal client service, adept multitasking skills, and unfailing discretion working as a respected Luxury Estate Manager. Her background has given her insight into innovations in residential architecture and amenities, a keen eye for home design and design flaws, and the acute skills required to work with residential and commercial developers, builders, and contractors. She uses this knowledge to negotiate on behalf of both her buyers and sellers.
For Monica, family is everything. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and the couple has three children. Her parents are ministers who have served the Spanish speaking community in Houston's Spring Branch neighborhood for over 20 years, and her brother is a Houston Firefighter at Station 3 in River Oaks. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Houston's fantastic dining scene with friends and cheering on her beloved Astros.
