About Monica
With nearly a decade of experience, Monica Morales is a rising force in Middle Tennessee’s real estate landscape. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age through her father, a contractor and realtor. His background in construction and home flipping became the blueprint for her own career. In 2016, Monica officially launched her real estate journey in Tennessee, quickly earning a reputation as a trusted advisor for investors, developers, first-time homebuyers, and seasoned clients alike—across both residential and commercial sectors. 

A proud Latina, Monica is especially passionate about supporting Hispanic homeownership and remains deeply committed to helping first-time buyers achieve the dream of owning property. These are just some of the many successful transactions she’s facilitated, with much more on the horizon as she expands deeper into commercial real estate while continuing to evolve as a dynamic force in the industry.
