Hi! I’m Monica Rose, a Realtor based in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. As a resident of the Central Virginia area for over 18 years, I have a true passion for helping people find their perfect home in this vibrant and diverse region. I have a background in Exceptional Education, Montessori, and School Administration, serving as a Montessori teacher, school leader, and exceptional education coordinator for Henrico County, prior to serving as a full-time realtor, and real estate investor. My parents, who have invested in real estate for over 40 years domestically and abroad, helped inspire my change to real estate full time, as I’ve watched them turn their small portfolio into a thriving one over my lifetime.

I spend my time traveling, checking out the dynamic food and events scene here in the area, and spending time with my four bonus children, husband, and our Frenchie named Dickie. I volunteer my time as a member of the VCU’s Massey Alliance Board , Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc., and with our Richmond City and Henrico County Public Schools as a mentor.
