Monica is a dedicated and experienced real estate professional, originally from Brooklyn, NY. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, she joined the United States Space Force and earned her Master’s Degree in Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University. Monica's real estate journey began in 2020, when she purchased her first single family home in Maryland and successfully house-hacked to maximize her investment. This hands-on experience ignited her passion for real estate. In 2022, she expanded her portfolio by purchasing two additional properties, gaining her valuable insights in various aspects of real estate, including property management, financing options, property valuations, market analysis, local regulations, marketing strategies and negotiating tactics.
