Monique Flores

As a native of the Lone Star State and local homeowner, Monique has deep roots in our Central Texas community.  

Monique has been privileged to actively practice Real Estate in the Great State of Texas for 20+ years. She started her career very young, eager, and hungry - spending countless hours learning through the school of “Hard Knocks”. She attributes her early success stories to her Real Estate mentor/first broker, and her parents for instilling a perpetual work ethic.

Although real estate consumes a great deal of her life and is often a part of her daily conversation, she prides herself in being many things outside of real estate. Monique grew up a Navy Brat and was fortunate to see the world through Military travels and food. She is the stereotype of a Texan (this includes her frequent use of "y'all" and freezing in 60-degree weather) and has a huge family (most in Texas).

Monique is just as eager and energetic about real estate today as she was 20 years ago. Her role has grown over the years, but her purpose is still the same - to make the process of buying and selling a home easy, stress-free, and educational.

FUN FACT: Monique learned how to use chopsticks before she ever learned how to use silverware.
