"Having used monte for now 3 home purchases and 2 home sales, I can say with certainty that he knows what he is doing. Monte’s personality is one of a kind and he's the type of person who has never met a stranger. Many realtors do what they do as a job. For Monte, it is truly his passion, which is evident by how much he takes it personally when they don’t go the way his clients want. It is 2022, and my wife and I just sold and purchased a house. The market is absolutely insane with way more buyers than homes and houses routinely going for 50k over the asking price. During our search, we would see a house pop up that we wanted to look at, and often Monte would rearrange his day for us to be able to look at it. I don’t even know, the number of nights and weekends that he gave up helping us get the house we wanted. We ended up looking at probably 30+ houses and making offers on 8 before we finally got one that stuck. Going into the process we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.
