Monte’s personality is one of a kind and he's the type of person who has never met a stranger. Many realtors do what they do as a job. For Monte, it is truly his passion, which is evident by how much he takes it personally when they don’t go the way his clients want. It is 2022, and my wife and I just sold and purchased a house. The market is absolutely insane with way more buyers than homes and houses routinely going for 50k over the asking price.
