Prior to that he owned and operated a successful contracting business and studied fine art, philosophy, & history at Suffolk County Community College & Southampton L.I.U. Tim leads an active lifestyle as a life-long surfer, a musician, and a loving husband with a marriage 20 years strong and three achieving children.
Nicole Weiss owned and operated her own fitness & nutrition business after achieving a B.S. in Kinesiology and M.S. in Nutrition. In 2016, she expanded her career by joining a top real estate team in the Hamptons. Her experience in business ownership, marketing, advertising, and customer service have proven invaluable to her real estate career. She continues to maintain her reputation as an honest and professional woman. Nicole is an East End local having grown up in the Hamptons where she spent her summers boating, sailing, wakeboarding, and swimming. Nicole and her husband, both Westhampton Beach HS graduates, are now raising their children in the community they both know and love.
