Tim Morabito brings an exceptional level of experience working in the Hamptons for 10+ years selling high-end properties as team leader on one of the top teams in the area. Prior to that he owned and operated a successful contracting business and studied fine art, philosophy, & history at Suffolk County Community College & Southampton L.I.U. Tim leads an active lifestyle as a life-long surfer, a musician, and a loving husband with a marriage 20 years strong and three achieving children.

Nicole Weiss owned and operated her own fitness & nutrition business after achieving a B.S. in Kinesiology and M.S. in Nutrition. In 2016, she expanded her career by joining a top real estate team in the Hamptons. Her experience in business ownership, marketing, advertising, and customer service have proven invaluable to her real estate career. She continues to maintain her reputation as an honest and professional woman. Nicole is an East End local having grown up in the Hamptons where she spent her summers boating, sailing, wakeboarding, and swimming. Nicole and her husband, both Westhampton Beach HS graduates, are now raising their children in the community they both know and love. With her continued passion for health and wellness and love of being outdoors, you’ll find her out on her road bike or at the beach with family and friends any time of year.

After 4 years of working together, Tim and Nicole joined Compass and launched the Morabito Weiss Team. Their business is built with the foundation of responsibility, character and ethics. Tim and Nicole take pride in doing the right thing without taking shortcuts. They are committed to keeping their client’s best interest in mind and staying true to their word.
