Morgan Anderson

Morgan Anderson, Ph.D.'s appreciation for nature, keen eye for all things beautiful, and delight for reality provides her with a unique perspective to the industry. Morgan is deeply rooted in Arizona. She grew up in stunning Arcadia and moved back home to the bustling McCormick Ranch community after completing her educational pursuits alongside her husband, Chase. The couple welcomed their daughter, Quinnie, in 2020. Since Quinnie's arrival, Morgan pivoted careers to pursue real estate with zeal alongside her passion for botanicals; welcome to The Botanical Properties. The Botanical Properties focuses on not just buying or selling the perfect home, but guides buyers and sellers in assessing its cultivated landscape.Dr. Anderson holds a Master's degree (Kansas State University) and a Ph.D. (Texas A&M University) in horticulture, where she gleaned valuable knowledge in science, research, and education. In 2016, Morgan became an entrepreneur, owning The Flori.Culture, a floristry firm in Scottsdale, AZ where she taught floral design programs and designed for corporate events and weddings. In 2019, Dr. Anderson began teaching floral design coursework for Arizona State University's School of Art. Coursework includes: ART 320 Science and Art of Botanical Design (S.G. designation), ART 394 The Medium of Cut Botanicals (Art Studies & EdPlus) and ART 394 Wellness in Floral Art. Her botanical career within ASU has provided her with the opportunity to pursue the development of establishing meaningful online-studio coursework and exploring platforms to generate a purposeful collaborative learning environment between students and instructors.
