Morgan Goldschmidt

Morgan was born and raised in Carmel and has spent most of his lifetime on the Monterey Peninsula. After working with the Bambace Peterson Team as a Luxury Showing Agent/Realtor for the past few years, Morgan is excited to be his own principal agent.

Morgan’s in-depth neighborhood expertise, local market knowledge, and strong community ties are just a few of the traits that set him apart. Client’s love his driven personality and proactive approach. Having been introduced to real estate at a young age, he understands the goals and emotions that clients aim for and experience. Morgan is especially familiar with the construction and building aspects of real estate and is eager to share his knowledge with clients. 

After attending all Carmel schools growing up, Morgan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with summa cum laude honors at the California State University of Monterey Bay (CSUMB). In addition to his experience in the local real estate market, he has completed multiple internships in Germany and even a postgraduate program in Düsseldorf, Germany focusing on real estate investment and development for both residential and commercial properties.

He truly understands the Monterey Bay lifestyle and there are few other places in the world that match it. Look for Morgan playing soccer, enjoying Carmel Beach, and adventuring down the coast of Big Sur.
