We were so lucky to be able to work with Morgan Johnson who truly is one of the most competent people I have ever worked with. She is efficient and communicates effectively. She is also SUPER comprehensive - she would consistently compare properties to ensure appropriate pricing, stop by properties we were curious about, communicate with selling agents behind the scenes, dig up information, and help us interpret if and how to go about our offers thoughtfully.
I imagine these qualities are always attractive when home buying, but they came in *especially* handy as we balanced looking at multiple homes with our newborn son in tow. We really felt taken care of in this process. Not a requirement, but Morgan is also really fun, calming, and nice to be around.
I cannot express how grateful I am with how easy buying our home was through Morgan’s presence and council. We were able to find our home within a month of searching. We checked off all our boxes and stayed within budget. Who can say that in this economy? We can.
