Morgan joined The Mottola Group in August of 2022 and serves as the team’s Administrative Assistant, as well as the executive assistant to Stephen Mottola. In her dual role, she ensures the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. From managing schedules and coordinating communication to supporting listings and marketing efforts, Morgan is the behind-the-scenes force that helps keep the team organized and focused on serving clients.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Writing Studies with a minor in Communications Media, a background that strengthened her eye for detail, communication skills, and creativity—qualities she brings to her work every day.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Morgan lives with her husband, Danny. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and colleagues, and she takes pride in being part of a team that helps people through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives: buying or selling a home.
Outside the office, Morgan loves to unwind with a good book, try out new local restaurants, and spend quality time with her family and friends. She’s always on the lookout for a great story or a great meal—and loves being part of a community-focused real estate team that values connection just as much as results.
