I have lived in this area since 1962. My interest in Real Estate was sparked when my father would take me by the hand on tours of local homes and new developments. I have seen many changes in housing in Santa Cruz County. I obtained my first real estate license when I was 20 years old and my Brokers license ten years ago. As an innovative marketer of Real Estate, I was the first in the area to have a television show that ran for two years featuring home tours and providing current Real Estate information. I have also held seminars for “FIRST-TIME HOME SELLERS”. I have listed and sold everything from 100-acre thoroughbred facilities to multi-residential and commercial properties, residential lots, and homes, and have helped many skeptical first-time home buyers acquire homes. My longevity in the field of Real Estate is due to my integrity, persistence, and communication skills.
