Mouhanad Al Rifay

Mouhanad, a long-time resident of the Washington, DC metropolitan area, is a Syrian-American humanitarian, writer, and award-winning documentary filmmaker. After completing his graduate studies at Harvard University’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies in 2021, he decided to pursue his passion in Real Estate. He loves helping first-time home buyers find their homes in the national capital region. He is currently licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC. As a founding member of the Barnes Group at Compass, Mouhanad has the resources to serve buyers and sellers throughout the DMV area. Mouhanad, a native Arabic speaker, is a proud son of Syrian political asylees and is a strong supporter of the global struggle for equality and human rights. In his free time you will find him reading, gardening, and spending time with his dog, Biscuit, rescued in 2020.
