We first reached out to Lisa in 2024 to begin strategizing the sale of our home in University Hills/Preswyck Hills. Our goal was to move closer to schools and work, and having already been through the buying and selling process in Austin before, we knew we needed someone with unmatched expertise to guide us. We ultimately decided to wait until spring 2025 to list our home — and when we did, it was beautifully marketed and under contract just one month later after receiving multiple offers.
