Eddie and Steve have been selling homes in the District of Columbia for more than 20 years.
Our seasoned industry experience enables us to navigate through real estate transactions with ease. We’re equally comfortable guiding our clients through buying or selling single family homes, condos, and co-operatives -- as well as short sales, foreclosures, estate sales, 1031 exchanges, tenanted properties, and trustee sales.
Licensed only in Washington, DC, we know the District. We have worked and lived in Cleveland Park, Downtown, Dupont Circle, Eastern Market, Forest Hills, Georgetown, Southwest Waterfront, and West End. We have helped our clients buy and sell homes in every corner of DC.
