Education
Nadav Gershon was born and raised on Long Island by immigrant parents who instilled in him the values of hard work, resilience, and family. Growing up in a large, close-knit Middle Eastern household, he developed a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for what it means to feel rooted and at home. These values continue to guide both his personal and professional life today.
Growing up around real estate, Nadav developed a strong foundation and a deep connection to the industry that has shaped his career. Over time, he’s built practical experience managing properties, overseeing renovations, and working closely with both residents and owners. His background gives him a practical understanding of what clients need, allowing him to navigate challenges efficiently and advocate effectively on their behalf.
Nadav is now based on the Upper East Side with his girlfriend, and balances his career with a love of cooking, sports, and exploring the city’s restaurant scene. A lifelong Yankees fan and devoted coffee enthusiast, he’s always in pursuit of the perfect cup and the next great neighborhood spot.
Whether in real estate or in his personal life, Nadav brings energy, care, and creativity to everything he does.
