About Nadia
Nadia Nejaime has lived in the nation’s capital for more than 30 years; she came to college, stayed for law school, and never left.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from George Washington University Law School in 1994 and practiced law for more than a decade, holding positions as in-house counsel at an international satellite telecommunications provider and as an Associate, and then Counsel, in a prominent national law firm. Nadia’s clients included international organizations and large national and multinational corporations. Her practice focused on structuring, drafting, negotiating and executing contracts for complex transactions, usually in the technology, outsourcing or telecom sectors.

Nadia purchased her first home in 1999 and that awakened her passion for real estate. After several purchases and sales of personal and investment properties, in 2005, she decided to make her passion for real estate her career and took a huge leap of faith to leave the practice of law to follow that passion. It was the best decision she’s ever made and she’s never looked back.

Nadia’s real estate clients now benefit from the many skills she acquired from her legal practice, including a keen understanding of contractual documents, professional negotiating skills, and the highest level of attention to detail and client service. Ultimately, Nadia aims to arm her clients with all the necessary information to make informed decisions and is their advocate every step of the way.

Nadia’s mission statement (and the key to her success) for her real estate practice is to always deliver the highest level of professional, ethical real estate services to her clients and to always keep their best interests paramount throughout the buying and/or selling process. She feels it is a true honor when someone chooses her as their Realtor, as they are placing their trust in her to help them navigate through a major life milestone that can make a significant and even transformative impact on their lives.
