Not only does she do the homework before every showing and knows everything that needs to be said, but she also does the homework on all the people she works with. With her, we do not feel the need to express our opinion since rarely do we debate an issue or find a reason to disagree. She can read our mind and knows exactly how we feel and what our concerns are about a specific showing. Nadine never pushed us to make a decision nor did she try to convince us to commit to a certain condo.
