Nail & Key Real Estate Group was founded on a shared belief that real estate should feel clear, thoughtful, and human—not rushed, confusing, or transactional. Landing among the top 2% of real estate producers in DFW area, co-owners Davis and Austin bring complementary backgrounds, shared values, and a deep commitment to guiding families through some of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and care.

Davis is a North Texas native who was born and raised in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. After graduating from Texas A&M University, he and his wife put down roots in Coppell, where they quickly found a sense of home. Davis believes strongly in educating clients, breaking down complex processes, and empowering families to make smart, well-informed decisions. With a lifelong passion for homes, design, and helping others, Davis has built trusted relationships with more than 100 clients throughout his career… while still finding time to track down the best queso in DFW.

Austin grew up in Southeast Texas near the Gulf Coast and also attended Texas A&M University, graduating with a degree in Marketing in 2015. His early career as an advertising account executive sharpened his communication skills and deepened his appreciation for service-driven work. After teaming up with Davis, Austin found his niche in real estate, where strategy, problem-solving, and relationship-building come together in meaningful ways. Together, Davis and Austin serve as trusted advisors, not salespeople. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and serving families in the communities surrounding DFW Airport, their promise is simple: clarity at every step, honest guidance, and an experience that replaces stress with confidence (and maybe even a little fun).

When they’re not serving clients, you’ll find Davis and Austin tearing up the pickleball courts, participating in events within their church community, or spending time with their combined twelve (12) children.
