Nancie Allen

Nancie is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience, and is the Sales Manager for the Fremont, California Office at Compass. Since joining Compass in 2021, she has been dedicated to empowering agents and helping them grow their business through strategic sales approaches, business development tactics, and using the Compass cutting-edge technologies.

She deeply values her relationships with the agents she supports and is committed to fostering a collaborative environment within the profession.

Nancie's commitment to giving back is evident through her involvement in professional and community organizations. She was the President at the Bay East Association of REALTORS® in 2019 and remains actively engaged in various capacities at Bay East, including serving on the Professional Standards Committee. Nancie also serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, she has been a dedicated member of the Newark Rotary since 2003.

In Nancie’s spare time she enjoys being a devoted groupie and listening to her drummer husband play in local country bands.
