Nancy Bounds

Nancy started her professional career with AT&T and had the opportunity to manage Sales, Human Resources, Training, and Data teams. That experience was invaluable and integral to her passion for working with clients. In 2000, Nancy joined her sister in her Real Estate Business and has never looked back.  Assisting clients in finding their first home, their dream home, investment property, second homes, downsizing, upsizing and just dealing with all the issues that come in the real estate industry has been an invigorating  and challenging experience which Nancy gladly welcomes. 

With over 26 years of real estate experience, Nancy offers professional service to her buyers and sellers in both Kansas and Missouri. Specializing in areas both North and South of the Missouri River, Nancy lives in the Westside of Kansas City and is also knowledgeable of the condo market.

Having raised her family in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Kansas City, she understands the importance of making transitions smooth and seemingly effortless.  To maintain a balance between professional and personal life, Nancy began a journey into the world of yoga around the same time she started her real estate career. That practice has helped her maintain a calm and reassuring presence for her real estate clients.
