With over 40 years of experience in real estate and as a third-generation native of Darien, Nancy is particularly familiar with waterfront properties on Long Island Sound and continues to deliver for her clients with record-breaking sales. She has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Brown Harris Stevens Agents and believes, “In order to be successful, you must be totally immersed and have a passion for what you do.”

Gail Cunningham

In 1988 Gail began her dream of entering the Real Estate business, and 23 years ago, she began working alongside Nancy Dauk. A Darien resident for 50 years, Gail is well-versed with the local school system and all the intricacies of property information. With three generations living in town, she enjoys spending time with family.

Ashley Bartolotta

After graduating with a design degree, Ashley left LA for NYC to work as a Creative Director. Ashley, her husband, and their three kids now live in Darien, where she worked for Moffly Media as Market Editor & Stylist until she formed her local design business AtoB Design. She is happy to be a member of the Nancy Dauk Team.

John Dauk

A fourth-generation native of Darien, John makes client service a priority and is a dedicated member of the Team. A graduate of Westminster School and Hobart College, he resides in Darien with his wife and three children. John is a sports enthusiast and especially enjoys navigating and fishing the waters of Long Island Sound.
