Nancy Kraatz

I have been in the real estate arena for over 40 years. I have spent over 30 years as a real estate broker and the prior 12 years as a commercial lender. My position as a banker included construction lending, both residential and commercial. I love the real estate business and the relationships that have been developed over the years. I am proud of the work that I do to help people navigate their important business of buying and selling real estate - from new construction to historic properties and everything in between. I find it very rewarding helping people - from the first-time home buyer to the experienced client to the senior client moving to a more maintenance-free living situation. I am humbled by the fact that I continue to earn the opportunity to work with multiple generations of so many families. Whether moving up or downsizing, I love watching my clients turn houses into homes. Originally from Minnesota, I have also lived in New Jersey and New York prior to Colorado. When not working, you can find me working out, cycling, golfing or just enjoying Colorado with my daughter and our 3 dogs.
