About Nancy
Born in Glendale and raised in La Canada CA, Nancy Lee-Wintering is a dynamic Real Estate expert since 1989, having worked in an eclectic capacity within the field for over 35 years. She initially started as a Real Estate agent buying and selling homes, quickly earning the title "Rookie of the Year” and was continuously acknowledged for her achievements. However, it was during this time she saw there was a need for dedicated mortgage professionals to work directly with the buyer and seller within the Real Estate office, which led her to her career as a Loan Officer in1991 for the next 25 years. In the last several years, Nancy has effortlessly transitioned back into being a leading Real Estate Agent. Her approach is quite simple: help buyers achieve their dreams; provide consistent and smooth results in completing Real Estate transactions with minimal stress for both the buyer and seller.
Nancy is well versed and multi-faceted in her deep understanding of real estate and all that it can encompass. She will handle the needs and concerns of both the first time homebuyer and the experienced repeat purchaser. Her experience in real estate sales and mortgages allows her to not only provide excellent service, but also a well-rounded perspective for her clients. With 30 plus years of proven industry experience, Nancy is the model of integrity, honesty and professionalism. She will demonstrate consistent skill, patience and efficiency in processing all of your real estate needs.
In 2019, Nancy Lee Wintering formed a partnership with her Daughter, Jaime Lee Palladino creating a dynamic and successful Mother Daughter Real Estate team in La Canada, known as Nancy & Jaime. With Nancy's bilateral industry experience, (in Sales and Lending) and Jaime's marketing and business aptitude, (Marketing and Sales), they provide an excellent and well-informed home buying and selling experience for their clients through expert negotiating and innovative marketing. Together, Nancy and Jaime believe every transaction is unique just as their clients are. Every experience is tailor made.
Outside of Real Estate, Nancy is committed to her faith, family and charity and currently resides in La Crescenta, CA.
